You lead them, teach them and for that make a commission off of their sales. If your selling Mark too, you could recruit at a high school. Daycares may be a good recruiting place. See if anyone wants to sell Avon. Down the street from where I live, I seen a yard sign saying "Buy or Sell Avon". I have been tempted to stop there and seewhat they had to say. Just to see what she had to say. At the malls and other stores that sell beauty products are great places to connect with women. Many people want to learn about Avon. Write some informative blogs and articles. Comment on discussions. Most people love to hear if they become an Avon Representative, they will get a discount. So take advantage of that.
