No need to be stressed out, neglecting your children and other higher priority duties than selling Avon Cosmetics. Trust me it can be difficult if you are too busy with other obligations. There may be times when you someone want you to do parties, or do a makeover. There may be times when someone is late with there money. Some can multitask very well. They can hold down the house, a job, and still do Avon. Again their pros and cons to selling Avon Products may be different from yours. It may be worth it to them. There reward is a car note being paid, some extra shopping money, or just a social outlet. You know how much you can handle. Are you willing to take the time out to learn your craft? You have to learn the products and learn how to sell. Do you have the time for that? Are you a people person?It may be hard for you to sell, if you are afraid to approach people. For some its hard to be an Avon Representative. I know you want your own business, but can you actually sell the products. If you cringe at networking, selling Avon Products might not be right for you. Then again you may be willing to change. If so, selling Avon can help you get more sociable. In order to sell, you must be friendly and keep a smile. You have to learn how to control your emotions. For me throwing Avon Make-up parties was very frightening. I just couldn't stomach talking in front of strangers. How do I say it? What if they don't like it? Should you be an Avon Representative? Do you give up easily?It can be hard to be an Avon Representative. Selling Avon is not an easy business to start. There are many reason why people quit. One reason is the feeling of rejection. I know many people that started selling Avon. They was so excited about it. They received their brochures and samples and started trying to talk to people about buying. To there surprise, they couldn't handle rejection. People ignored them. People brushed them off. People even caught an attitude or said something smart. To some it is a horrible feeling and they just gave up.Like I said, you have to make sure you can handle it. Another reason people quit is because they don't have the patience. You can not build a business in a day. It takes time. You are going to start off rough." Its the ones that endure the rejection and keep trying to find clients that succeed." The ones that don't care about rude customers. They are going to make it work. Can you stay positive and have patience for a business? Before making a decision, write a plan. A thorough plan.
