Why can't they get my orders right?

There have been many horror stories of how disorganized Avon can be. Yes, I'm talking about Avon.

There has been complaints of missing items, out of stock items, wrong items, damaged items.

That isn't a big deal you might say.

It can be a big deal to your customers. You have a responsibility to your customers to be professional and consistent.

They are spending their money and are looking forward to the products they ordered on time.

If the problem constantly occurs, you could lose customers and hurt your business.

So keep this in mind.

What happened to the helping hand?

Avon can be tricky. At first you can meet someone that seems so interested in making you an Avon Representative.

Most will not mention cons to selling Avon.

As soon as you sign on the dotted lines, they are gone.

They have received there referral, they are good as gone. This can be bad because you need someone to show you the ropes.

Good thing is you can teach yourself.

You can do the training online and study the packet they give you.

There are a lot of material to learn from, but it can be hard when left out in the cold.

Be careful who you sign up with.

Make sure they are for you and not just for the money. You will also have a District Manager, so don't be afraid.

There are some I'm sure that will still go out of their way for you.

Choose wisely!

I am sure there are more cons to selling Avon, but I just named some that I knew of.

Don't let it discourage you, every business has its ups and downs.
