I know your probably thinking that its crazy that I would say mlm opportunities helped me overcome such a big fear.

In High School, I guess you could call me a geek. I was more interested in Books and the library when everyone was into School games and dances.

One of the reasons why I often escaped into a great book was because I was afraid of people.

I was too afraid that they would think that what I had to say was stupid and would laugh at me. I had no confidence.

This anxiety carried into adulthood.

There I was wanting to own my own business. I had so many ideas, but the only thing holding me back was I couldn't network for nothing.

My family thought that i was crazy and thought I should pick a career that required little networking, like computers.

I needed some extra cash and my website was not making any money yet. I was a stay at home mom that was so used to staying in the house, that my anxiety of talking to people became even worse.

Sign up for a business where you have to invest money.

I decided that I had to do something and do something drastic.

I decided that I would try an mlm and see how far I could take it.

I found the best mlm opportunities for me and then I chose the most expensive one, yet most profitable for me.

I signed up and invested my hard earned money. It was about $300. Talk about a lot of money for a stay at home mom.

I had my family looking at me like I was crazy. All they could see was that I was wasting money. I was determined to prove them wrong.

Suddenly taking a huge financial loss and humiliation weighed more than just simply opening my mouth and talking to people.

Step Two of how MLM Opportunities helped me

Walk before you crawl.

I was already a house wife and because of my business, I didn't really have to talk to anyone but my baby. (That's not good!)

Years of seclusion made my anxiety even worse. So what did I do. I made it a point to get out of the house everyday.

Everywhere I went, I would say a simple "HI" to everyone I came into eye contact with.

You would be surprised how the meanest looking person will crack a smile back at you.

Every time they smile you will get more and more confidence in yourself.

Start crawling

A few days later, I started small talk. I talked to at least 3 people a day.

"Hello, How are you doing today? It sure is getting Cold Outside."

Small steps. Don't talk about your business just practice listening and small talk.

I would just talk to people and never mention my business, unless they asked. I just practiced the science of conversation.

Start a conversation and listen to the person.

Allow them to break down their walls by allowing them to open themselves up to you. You can tell when they are starting to open up by how much they are talking.

They will become very active and interested in the conversation.

Secret: People LOVE TALKING ABOUT THEMSELVES.

It makes them feel good. It will also make their first encounter with you great and memorable.

Last Step of how MLM Opportunities helped me

Your walking and selling.

After a week, I then pushed myself further. This was the hardest step, but it was the most important.

I had to not only say "HI" Smile, small chat, but I had to Sell. Sell myself. Sell Products.

After so many encounters with people, you will start to see that their is no reason to be afraid to talk to people.

They are just people. The worse they could do is curse you out or try to attack you, which doesn't happen often!

So go out there and start talking to people and making some sales.
