The top level has 1 person on it, who is me. Then the next level down has 5 people, who are you and the last level are the 15 people that you as individuals get to join the program. Once you join, you will be at the top of your own chart and you will have people leveled under you as I well. Shirley turns towards her friends and says. With the $100, you will receive (THE KIT) 20 pair of shoes, 10 catalogs and I will train you on how to be a business woman. "Now Lets Talk About The Compensation Plan."Everyone looks puzzled asking themselves, "What is multi level marketing compensation "huh?", they say as they all look puzzled. "I know, I know, let me explain. You will receive a commission of 50% of all of your sales. She points to the chart. You will be in charge of all of your marketing (passing out fliers, word of mouth, ect). After all this is your business, I am just supplying you with the inventory. You start off at the top of the level and then you will build a team, who you will teach to build a team and so on. You will make 10% of all sales of everyone that is under you. So you can build as many levels as you like. That's why its called multilevel marketing. The key is to stick to our system. Everything should work like clockwork. Sell products, recruit, teach, earn money. All of Shirleys friends sign up and she starts her business without having to worry about rent and advertisement. The ladies that joined are excited, because they now have the freedom to make as much money as they like. They are in control of their own success.
